The property has had a full refurbubishment over the last 12 months

As well as a full redecoration – All Rooms now have SMART TVs. All New Beds. Brand new carpet throughout. In our humble opinion – we look splendid 🙂

Room 1 – Single en suite – from £70

High ceilinged Single Room. This room has a small double bed (4′) , for added comfort for a single guest.

With en suite shower room. Hospitality tray, toiletries, shaver socket and hair dryer. Flat screen SMART TV with FreeSat

Located at the rear of the guest house this room has a view of Score Valley.

Room 2 – King Size Double en suite –  from £96

A large high ceilinged room with en suite shower room. Hospitality tray, toiletries, shaver socket and hair dryer. 32″ Flat screen SMART TV with FreeSat.  Located at the side of the guest house this is a sunny room with spectacular views across the valley accompanied by the gentle sound of East Wilder Brook meandering through the grounds, and you can enjoy watching the buzzards gliding high above the trees.  We accept dogs in this room at a charge of £5 per night,  (free if booked direct).

Room 3 –  King Size Double en suite From £96

Large high ceiling room. Double aspect room at the front of the guest house with views of the front garden. Hospitality tray, toiletries,  hair dryer and 32″ flat screen SMART TV with Free Sat.

King Size Bed, ensuite Shower Room with large walk in Shower.

This is the room that didn’t used to have an Ensuite -you know the one.. you had to go to the next landing for the toilet!

Room 4 – Super King Double/ Twin en suite – from £120

A very large high ceiling room on the first floor,  en suite shower room. Hospitality tray, fridge, toiletries, shaver socket and hair dryer. 32 ” Flat screen SMART TV with FreeSat. Features original period fireplace. Double aspect room at the front of the guest house with views over the front garden and Score Valley. Please specify if twin beds preferred when booking this room.  We accept dogs in this room, £5 per night, although free if booked direct with us.

Room 5 – Super King Double/ Twin en suite – from £108

This room is a pleasant room on the second floor of the hotel with en suite shower room. Hospitality tray, toiletries, shaver socket, hair dryer and 32″ Flat screen SMART TV with FreeSat. Side aspect room with views over the garden. Please specify if twin beds preferred when booking this room. We accept dogs in this designated room at a charge of £5 per night, (free if booked direct). Terms & Conditions

Prices include a full Devon English breakfast.  If you have any special dietary requirements please advise us prior to arrival.

We accept  well behaved dogs in all rooms ( except Room 3) at a charge of £5 per night,  (free if booked direct) In case of any query please do not hesitate to contact us.

All bedrooms are non-smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke in the garden or on the balcony where bins are provided.

We only ask that guests respect other guests, as regards to noise etc. If we find that you have caused a disturbance that is detriment to others. You may be asked to leave and/ or charged to compensate

Booking Terms

By making a Reservation, our agreement is a legal contract.

No deposit is taken on booking. Card details will  be requested to secure a booking, and  full payment is taken off your card 7 days before your arrival date.   Accepted methods of advance payment are bank transfer, debit or credit card: Switch, Visa,  Electron, Delta, Mastercard, Maestro.

Cancellation Charges

If you have to cancel your booking up to 1 weeks before your stay, then we will refund your deposit less an administration fee of £10 to cover charges incurred. Less than 7 days prior to your booking,  you will be charged the full cost of the stay. In the case of a No-Show full cost of stay will be charged.

 Third Party Bookings

Please be aware that if a booking has been made through a third party on-line booking site ( ie Booking.com, Expedia etc) this may be subject to commission & cancellation charges will be different from the above.

We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance. eg  www.staysure.co.uk

Please drive slowly and carefully whilst on the property. Vehicles are left in the car park at the owners own risk. The hotel will not accept liability for any damage caused or loss. Please park considerately of other guests.

We are sure that you will take care whilst you stay with us, and we acknowledge that accidents sometimes happen. We do, however, reserve the right to charge for any damage or breakages which are considerable or thought to be deliberately or recklessly caused. Also for any items discovered missing after you depart or for any consequential costs where the room is unable to be used due to damage. In agreeing to our terms and conditions, you authorise us to charge this amount to the debit/credit card used to secure the booking. If the damage/breakages are discovered after you depart, you will be notified of any charges.
