More indepth procedures for your information : We have carried out a formal risk assessment, looking at reducing the risk of spreading and catching the Coronavirus. This is reviewed weekly, and updated with current practice and guidance.

We are not  servicing rooms during your stay, you can ask for anything you need for you room at breakfast times. The exception  to this rule will be long stays when linen is changed, we will work with guests to do this in a safe way, both for us and you.

On departure, all rooms are aired. Linen is sent to the Laundry company, after the room has had it’s usual through clean. The room is then sanitised, all ready for the next guest.

The customer toilets on the ground floor will be closed for the foreseeable future, please use your own facilities in your rooms.

We are lucky that all our stairways, corridors and landing are wide and spacious enough to allow for social distancing. That said, we have signage around to remind people.  Anti Bac is placed around the common areas and anti bac wipes are in all bedrooms.
